If you've forgotten your login details, use the password reset option on the login page rather than creating a new account. If you're having trouble accessing your existing account, contact our support team via live chat and we'll help you recover it.

You can request account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, make sure to withdraw any remaining balance. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

lodislot does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. For example, some banks charge a small fee for interbank transfers. GCash and PayMaya deposits to lodislot are generally free of charge on the lodislot side.

No. lodislot requires that all deposits come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.

  • The withdrawal amount exceeds your available withdrawable balance
  • The payment details provided do not match your registered account name
  • A security review has been triggered on your account

lodislot does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply receiving fees on their end. GCash and PayMaya typically do not charge fees for receiving funds, but bank accounts may have incoming transfer fees depending on the sending bank.

As a general rule, lodislot requires withdrawals to be sent to the same payment method used for deposits. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure. If you need to withdraw to a different account (for example, if your original GCash number is no longer active), contact our support team to request an exception.
